II | papulopustular | Rosacea papulopustulosa | Additionally appearing papules (vesicles; no comedones!) and pustules (painful pustules) |
II | glandular-hyperplastic | glandular-hyperplastic rosacea | Associated with diffuse connective tissue and sebaceous gland hyperplasia and phyme (nodular connective tissue growths):
