- Filled puff pastry pouch 30 g puff pastry (frozen product) 20 g grated apple 10 g raisins, almond slivers and powdered sugar for sprinkling
Dinner
- 2 cups herbal tea 10 g sugar
- Pizza dough 100 g low-protein damson flour (health food store) 5 g yeast 5 g vegetable oil 75 ml water
- Pizza topping 50 g onion 10 g butter 100 g canned tomatoes 10 g salami 50 g bell pepper strips 20 g green olives 20 g grated butter cheese (50 % fat in dry matter), 20 g olive oil, pepper, oregano
Late meal
This daily example does not take potassium restrictions into account. As soon as this becomes necessary, potassium reduced recipes, low potassium food and a special kitchen technique (watering, pouring off cooking water) must be used.
