- Is there a history of frequent gastrointestinal disorders in your family?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you have upper abdominal pain?
- When does this pain occur? When you are fasting, after eating, or on and off?
- Do you have frequent diarrhea? What does the stool look like?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you unintentionally lost body weight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Has your appetite changed?
- Have there been any changes in your bowel movements? In quantity, consistency, admixtures?
Self history including medication history.
