Unfortunately, however, these snacks are often high-calorie fatteners. Yet there are enough recipes to conjure up healthy fillers and thirst quenchers as snacks. We present 10 healthy alternatives.

Bruschetta snacks belong to the Italian antipasti, are delicious, healthy and perfect as a bite for the soccer evening. To make the spread, cut four to five large tomatoes into small cubes. To this, add six tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, eight tablespoons of olive oil, three tablespoons of water, some salt, pepper and oregano. Four cloves of garlic are crushed with a blender and also added to the diced tomatoes. The mixture is blended and spread on baguette slices about two centimeters thick.
