Cave From a substitution therapy should be refrained from if there is a desire to have children, because testosterone suppresses a residual spermatogenesis (residual sperm cell formation)! By means of TESE (TEsticular sperm extraction; extraction of sperm from the testis) in combination with ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection; insertion of a single sperm / sperm cell with the help of a microcapillary directly into an egg) can now be achieved in individual cases paternity.
