Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- What things can’t be remembered?
- Is there a loss of short-term memory?
- Is there a loss of long-term memory?
- How long does the symptomatology persist?
- Did the symptomatology occur suddenly or did it develop insidiously?
- Have there been any other symptoms?
- Was there a trigger for the symptomatology? Fall, accident, etc.?*
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you drink alcohol at an increased rate? If so, what drink(s) and how many glasses of it per day?
- Do you use drugs? If yes, which drugs and how often per day or per week?
