- Where does the pain occur? (Hand, forearm, shoulder, neck).
- When does the pain occur?
- Does the pain change in intensity?
- Are both sides of the body affected?
- Do you suffer from sensation or numbness in the affected area?
- Do you have pain in the joints?
- Do you suffer from stiffness in the joints?
- Have you observed a lack of strength?
- Have you noticed any incoordination of the arms and hands?
- Do the symptoms also occur at rest?
- Do you suffer from stress at work?
- Are you overworked or underworked in your job?
- Are you satisfied in your job?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you participate in sports? If yes, which sport discipline(s) and how often weekly?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (diseases of the musculoskeletal system).
