In addition, it is reported that rubbing various fruits and plants, such as papaya, potatoes, aloe vera and also coconut water is said to have a brightening and caring effect on the skin due to the vitamins and other active substances it contains. Another special tip seems to be turmeric, which has proven to have various positive effects on the body when used for cooking. As far as the skin is concerned, it is said to have an inhibiting effect on the formation of melanin, a skin pigment. However, its effect in this respect has not been scientifically proven.
