- Is there frequent diabetes mellitus (diabetes) in your family?
Social history
- What is your profession?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Are you experiencing pain? If yes, when does the pain occur?
- Where is the pain localized?
- What is the character of the pain? Burning, stabbing, dull?
- Are both legs/feet equally affected?
- When does the pain occur? At rest or rather during exertion?
- Have you noticed any altered perception of pain or sensation of discomfort in the legs/feet?
- Do you often have pressure points due to incorrect footwear?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Are you overweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you suffer from sleep disorders?
Self history incl. medication history.
