Exercise 7
For this exercise to improve myopia, imagine you are looking at an analog watch. You start looking at 12:00, then slowly move your eyes across the dial to 13:00, 14:00, etc. Once you are back at 12:00, repeat the exercise counterclockwise. In total, the exercise is performed twice (in each direction).
Exercise 8
Something particularly good can be done to the eyes with a massage around the eye. To do this, touch the root of the nose with your thumb and middle finger. At the same time, the index finger is placed directly between the eyebrows and then the three fingers involved start to move apart and towards each other with slight movements.
Exercise 9
This exercise leads to an especially fast noticeable relaxation. To do this, place both middle fingers on the middle of the forehead and perform even circular movements, while slowly stroking your fingers sideways over the temples and down close to the ears until you reach the base of the ears.
Exercise 10
The simplest, but no less effective exercise is the following one. For this, you yawn extensively and repeatedly, which causes the entire eye muscles around the eyes to be strongly tensed and then relaxed. Yawning also increases the production of tears, which causes the eyes to be wetted with liquid.
Exercise 11
If the exercises are performed regularly and in addition to this, grid glasses are worn from time to time (exercise no. 6), the eyes are given support so that myopia can improve or at least stagnate.
