Fracture Herb: Dosage

Bruchkraut is nowadays contained only in a few bladderkidney teas. In addition, the drug is found in a few herbal medicines, for example, in the form of a tonic.

The average daily dose is about 3-5 g of the drug, unless otherwise prescribed.

Fracture herb: preparation as a tea

To prepare a tea from broken herb, 1.5 g of the finely chopped herb (1 teaspoon corresponds to about 1.4 g) is mixed with cold water, boiled briefly and after 5 minutes passed through a tea strainer.

To achieve a diuretic effect, a cup of the tea should be drunk 2-3 times a day.

Notes on the use of broken herb

  • Currently, there are no known side effects, drug interactions, or other risks associated with taking Bruchkraut.
  • Please note that the diuretic and antispasmodic effect of the herb has not yet been scientifically proven, and therefore the therapeutic benefit is not endorsed by the Commission E.
  • Fractured herb should be stored dry, cool and protected from light.
