How should Zincum chloratum be taken?

Zincum Chloratum is considered a supplement. Supplements are the Schüssler salts No. 13 to 27, which were not originally intended to be taken by Dr. Schüssler, but were added by other people a few decades later.

Originally Zincum chloratum as an active ingredient therefore originates from homeopathy and was then transferred to the collection of Schüssler salts. Since the supplements are trace elements, i.e. substances that occur in the body only in very small amounts, the intake should be adjusted accordingly (see “Dosage”). In addition, the supplements are usually taken together with a base salt, which depends on the overall picture of the symptoms.
