Not all decisions can be subject to a reservation of consent by the court. Especially in the case of marriage or wills, the patient retains his or her personal will in the first instance. Of course, there are exceptions here as well.

However, these do not fall under the right of care. Even delicate issues such as forced sterilization (e.g. in the case of frequent unwanted pregnancies), abortion or even a forced change of residence are not in the hands of the caregiver.
