Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • How long have the complaints existed?
  • Where exactly is the tightness feeling located? In the middle? Lateral?
  • Does the discomfort occur during empty swallowing or eating?
  • Is swallowing painful?
  • Is the discomfort permanent or intermittent?
  • Have the complaints worsened?
  • Does the discomfort occur in all body positions or only when lying down, sitting, etc.?
  • Do the complaints occur in connection with special circumstances, such as a voice strain or psychological stress?
  • What accompanying symptoms do you have?
  • Has your voice changed?
  • Are you hoarse?
  • Do you suffer from heartburn?
  • Do you have to regurgitate swallowed food?

Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
