Mask made of healing earth

Healing earth can be applied as a (face) mask. It is possible to create a viscous mixture of healing earth and water from healing earth powder. However, ready-to-use healing earth masks are also available in stores, whose mixture also contains oils such as soybean oil or almond oil.

The healing earth mask is applied to the facial area in the so-called T-zone. The eye and lip area should be left out. After application, wait until the healing earth has dried.

Depending on the consistency of the mask, this can take 10 to 30 minutes. To speed up the drying process you can sit in the sun. After drying, the mask should be rinsed with lukewarm water.

If you need a skin peeling, the healing clay can also be rubbed off with a towel. If necessary, moisturizers should also be used to prevent the skin from drying out too much. But the effect is not only limited to pimples, healing earth treatment in the form of a mask also helps with bearded lichen or eczema. If you want to wet the whole body, you can also add healing earth to the bath water. This should make the skin noticeably softer and smoother.

Healing earth as capsules

Since healing earth has a taste that takes some getting used to for most people and is often difficult to touch, especially when travelling, it can also be obtained in the form of a capsule from various companies. Capsules are especially recommended for gastrointestinal complaints such as heartburn. They are also supposed to bind cholesterol from food.

These are taken unchewed with plenty of liquid and then dissolve in the stomach. Most capsules are also suitable for vegetarians as they are made of vegetable cellulose (cellulose). Some suppliers also offer the capsules as a vegan remedy.
