Milk as a home remedy for the treatment of stomach aches

Milk can relieve various stomach ailments. For stomach aches, light, cold extracted and natural honey is recommended. About 1 tablespoon of it should be taken in the evening before going to bed on an empty stomach. Different types of honey can have different effects due to the changed composition.
