Prognosis
It is not possible to make a uniform prognosis for the development of ear noises caused by changes in the cervical spine. The multitude of causes means that there are many different treatments. Degenerative processes are not curable, but more or less strongly progressive wear processes.
Nevertheless, an improvement of symptoms can be achieved. Short-term, acute changes in the cervical spine can usually be treated for shorter periods, depending on the severity of the change. Basically, it can be said that regular training is essential, especially for chronic problems, to achieve long-term success. The posture and stress of the cervical spine in everyday life should also be considered in order to achieve an improvement of the symptoms.
