Avoiding nicotine and limiting alcohol consumption helps to prevent wrinkles. Sufficient sleep and stress reduction contributes to a young appearance of the skin. Use moisturizing and moisturizing creams for skin care; ask for advice, as there are many different creams for different skin types!
