- What is the general health of your family members?
- Are there any diseases in your family that are common?
- Are there any hereditary diseases in your family?
Social history
- What is your profession?
- Are you exposed to harmful working substances in your profession?
Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- How long have these changes been present?
- Have you noticed any water retention?
- Swollen eyelids?
- Fluid accumulation in the subcutaneous tissue in front of the shin?
- Hearing loss or visual impairment?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Have stools and/or urination changed in frequency, color, odor, admixtures, etc.?
- Do you do any intense daily exercise (intense jogging or intense marches)?
