Pseudoallergy: Diagnostics

Diagnosis of pseudoallergy consists of:

• Karenzdiät
• Oral provocation test – elimination of symptom-triggering foods, with exposure over 2-3 weeks to observe the onset of symptoms.
• Laboratory diagnostics (see below).
