Remove the moustache with sugar paste
The use of sugar paste has become one of the most popular methods of removing a lady’s beard. The advantage of this method is that the sugar paste can be made by the patient himself. In most cases, the necessary ingredients are available in every household and therefore do not need to be purchased separately.
Furthermore, removing a lady’s beard with sugar paste is considered one of the gentlest methods of all. The procedure is similar to hair removal with the help of ordinary wax. The hairs in the area of the lady’s beard are thus also torn out of the skin.
However, many testers report that using sugar paste is much less painful. Before application, about 200 grams of sugar must be heated in a pan to caramelise it. Then about 100 millilitres of lemon juice (preferably the juice of a fresh lemon) should be mixed with the caramelised sugar.
While still warm, the sugar paste can be spread on the hairs of the lady’s beard. In addition, a thin, stable cloth should be laid over the area of skin coated with sugar paste. As soon as the sugar paste is completely dry, the cloth can be peeled off the skin surface with a jerky movement.
In this way, the hairs stuck to the sugar paste are pulled out of the skin together with the root. The effectiveness of this household remedy can be further increased by the affected women thoroughly degreasing the lady’s beard before applying the sugar paste. In addition, a careful peeling can help to open the pores before applying the sugar paste and thus facilitate the removal of the moustache.
Various creams or pastes can help to remove the unloved moustache at least temporarily. In this context, brightening creams must be distinguished from hair-removing pastes. Especially for women who have a light hair type, a particularly gentle cream can already help to conceal the moustache.
Women with dark hair and/or a very pronounced moustache, however, usually have to use a more aggressive cream. Suitable products can be bought in the drugstore as well as in the pharmacy. The bleaching cream should be carefully applied to the affected skin areas.
After application, an individual exposure time has to be observed for each product (this time can be taken from the packaging of the cream). Afterwards the cream has to be rinsed off thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove the moustache. However, women who wish to remove their moustache with a bleaching cream should be aware that the product must be tested on a small area of skin before use.
If there is an intolerance to the selected product, bleaching must not be carried out under any circumstances. Only if no skin symptoms (e.g. redness) appear on the test area after an exposure time of 48 hours, the cream may be used to bleach the lady’s beard. Besides bleaching agents, creams and pastes can also be used for hair removal.
In contrast to the usual depilatory products, special medical creams act deep inside the skin on the hair root. By applying this cream regularly, hair growth can be considerably slowed down and contained. The hair of the lady’s beard does not only grow back more slowly afterwards, but also becomes much thinner. You can find more about depilatory cream here: Depilatory Cream.
