Rosemary
Rosemary, which is popular in the kitchen, is also a well-tried household remedy that is used in the form of teas or essential oils. The oil can be used as a nebuliser or bath additive. For this purpose, mix about 20 drops of the oil with liquid soap or cream and add to the bath water.
The revitalizing effect should begin relatively quickly. To make tea with rosemary, pour a cup of hot water over a heaped teaspoon and steep for about 10 minutes. Ideally, the tea should be drunk two to three times a day. You will also find everything else: Rosemary
Coffea (coffee)
In homeopathy, Coffea arabica is often used because, just like enjoying a hot cup of coffee, it helps to wake you up and thus improves and speeds up your circulation. This increases not only concentration and alertness but also blood pressure. However, it should be used in moderation as it can also cause nervousness, restlessness, insomnia or dizziness.
In a self-treatment usually potencies of D6-D12 are used. If other drugs are taken, the treating doctor should always be consulted. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consultation with a gynaecologist, pediatrician or midwife is essential.
