Supported spine

“BWS – supported spine” Lie down on a rolled towel long ago in a supine position. The feet can be set up or the legs can be stretched on the floor. Hold your arms in a “U-hold” on the floor.

The thoracic spine is stretched through the towel and the chest is lifted. The shoulder blades press actively to the floor. Hold this position for 10 seconds and repeat 2 times after a short break. Continue with the next exercise for the lumbar spine
