Apple picking

“Picking apples” Stand with your toes hip-wide. In this position, alternately stretch one arm up in the air as far as possible as if you were picking apples from a tree. Your heels can move towards the ground without touching it. Take a short break after 15-20 seconds. Continue with the next exercise
