Ankle Fracture – Exercise 1

Early stage: Sit on a chair and extend the knee with the affected foot forward. From this position, you only practice plantaflexion – stretching the foot, and dorsal extension – lifting the back of the foot. Perform this movement 3 times slowly with 15 repetitions each time.
