What is the Darsling Diet?

The Intestinal Loop Diet is a diet designed to help reduce stubborn abdominal fat. The diet was created by Australian Kristy Curtis and takes into account exercise, the total amount of calories and the distribution of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Physical training should take place two to three times a week and include resistance training.

Resistance training can be done using weights, TRX and fitness bands. Elevators should also be avoided and stairs used instead. Every opportunity for exercise should be used.

You should only eat what you burn in order to achieve a calorie deficit and lose weight. To do this, it is advisable to calculate your individual calorie consumption and count calories accordingly. The diet should be high in protein to maximally promote muscle building.

You should take in 0.8 to 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily with your diet. On training days or when you have a high muscle mass, the protein content should be higher. Sugar should be lowered on the diet, i.e. the amount of refined carbohydrates should be reduced.

Alcohol should also be reduced, as it promotes weight gain. A low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet with regular exercise and a reduction in daily calorie intake is a healthy way to lose weight. In summary, however, the Intestinal Loop Diet has neither new content nor is there a connection with the term “intestinal loop” in the name “Intestinal Loop Diet”.
