What is the prognosis?
The analthrombosis has a good prognosis in most cases and can usually be considered harmless. With appropriate treatment, physical protection and proper hygiene, the analthrombosis can heal itself within a few days. If the findings are serious and should be treated by a doctor, surgery may be necessary. However, the subsequent chances of a complete cure are also good. Occasionally recurrences, i.e. recurrent analthromboses, can occur.
Which alternative therapy can still help?
An important part of the therapy is nutrition in combination with sufficient exercise. A low-fiber diet leads increasingly to digestive disorders and increased pressure in the intestines. This can promote the development of an anal thrombosis, as more pressure is exerted on the tissue in the anal region.
In addition, sufficient exercise should be taken, as this promotes a more even blood circulation. Abstaining from alcohol and smoking is also an essential part of any therapy. Another possible alternative therapy is phytotherapy.
Here, numerous ointments and solutions offer the option of alternative treatment. The success of the treatment varies from person to person. A frequently used remedy is for example horsetail or yarrow. These remedies can be used locally or as sitz baths, as they have an inhibitory effect on the existing inflammatory processes and additionally promote the regeneration of the tissue. For local application, a cloth should be dipped into the solution and applied to the appropriate area.
Which homeopathics can help me?
There are many different homeopathics that can be used in the case of an analthrombosis. Hamamelis can be used locally in the form of suppositories one to three times a day. The sugar nut contains various active ingredients, such as some tanning agents.
These have an anti-inflammatory and at the same time soothing and calming effect on irritated skin of the anus. In addition, witch hazel also has a vasocontracting effect, i.e. it causes the vessels to contract. The homeopathic remedy can also be used for hemorrhoids and neurodermatitis.
Another possible homeopathic remedy is Aloe barbadensis. It can also be used for psoriasis and other skin diseases and has a promoting and supporting effect in wound healing. For this reason, it is also frequently used for disorders of wound healing.
The amino acids and salicylic acid contained in Aloe barbadensis also have a regenerating effect. The homeopathic agent can be purchased as a solution and applied locally at the appropriate place.
