4. mobilization exercise for the cervical spine

In an upright position, you actively pull your shoulder back, straightening your upper body and stretching your cervical spine. Mobilize the cervical spine by placing your chin on your chest and slowly straightening the cervical spine vertebra by vertebra. The head is not placed in the neck.
