Several thin pieces of clothing can be worn on top of each other, so that you can put on and take off one layer or another depending on the temperature you feel.
Nutrition also plays an important role in the development of hot flushes. Light food in particular shortens hot flushes, as the body is not additionally occupied by digestion. Warm drinks, on the other hand, should rather be avoided. Cold treatments such as cold baths can also shorten hot flushes.
