- What symptoms have you noticed?
- Redness of the glans?
- Punctate or areal mucosal defects?
- Swelling of the glans?
- Itching?
- Burning?
- How long have the changes on the glans been present?
- Have you suffered from it before?
- Have there been changes in the course of the diseases?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms, such as fever or problems with urination/intercourse?
- How often do you have sexual intercourse?
- Do you pay attention to a daily genital hygiene?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you maintain adequate intimate hygiene? How often do you perform them?
- Do you smoke? If yes, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (skin diseases, diabetes mellitus, sexually transmitted diseases, impaired immune system).
