Advanced training

Spiraldynamics training and education is regulated by a modular system, with different levels of competence from Basic to Professional Diploma. In order to participate in the modules, training in one of the following professions is required: Medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, 3D training, dance, yoga or bodywork. Those who want to enter Spiral Dynamics pay 1800€ for the 16-day Basic course.

The extension modules last between 1-5 days and cost between 200-1000€. The goal of the training is to gain a profound knowledge of how to integrate and optimize personal movement and posture habits into patients’ lives. Contents of the training are the understanding of the basic principle of spiral dynamics in the human body and how this can be applied to better understand and optimize movements. Basic principles of evolution and how to learn to recognize individual strengths and weaknesses by means of the body and how to develop individual, effective strategies to improve one’s own body awareness and movement sequences are contents of the training. Up to which level of competence you want to expand your knowledge is up to the individual participants themselves.

For whom is Spiral Dynamics suitable

Spiral Dynamics is basically suitable for everyone, since it is based on the anatomical movements of the body. Those who decide to undergo therapy according to the concept of Spiral Dynamics should have a certain interest in the anatomy and processes of their own body, since the Spiral Dynamics concept has a lot to do with self-analysis and improved physical perception. The concept is suitable for the prevention of bad posture and injury as well as for the treatment of these (e.g. clubfoot). In case of doubt, you should talk to your doctor about the therapy and to what extent Spiral Dynamics can be beneficial for you. On a professional level, Spiral Dynamics is a good complementary training for physicians and therapists who want to give their patients a good model for the treatment of movement problems.
