- What is the general health of your relatives?
- Are there any diseases in your family that are common?
Social history
- What is your profession?
- Is there any evidence of psychosocial stress or strain due to your family situation?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- How long has the pain been present?
- When does the pain occur?
- Does the pain exist only during defecation or continuously?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms such as swelling of the anal area or bleeding?
- Do you suffer from constipation?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you lost body weight unintentionally? If so, how much weight in kg in what time?
Self history including medication history.
