- Balanitis (acorn inflammation) or balanoposthitis (balanitis combined with inflammation of the inner preputial leaf (foreskin leaf)) of other genesis (origin).
- Balanitis plasmacellularis Zoon – bright sharply circumscribed redness of the glans, rather asymptomatic.
