According to the manufacturer as a food supplement for bones, ligaments, hair, teeth, nails and connective tissue. Some alternative therapists recommend brown millet for numerous diseases.
Dosage
According to the manufacturer, take 2-3 tablespoons per day, for example mixed with liquid, juices, teas, soups or muesli.
Contraindications and interactions
Not well enough known. Should not be used in gastric or intestinal disorders.
Adverse effects
Not sufficiently known. Indigestion. It has been criticized that husk and peel are poorly digestible and may contain undesirable substances such as tannins, oxalic acid, and impurities.
