Is paracetamol blood-thinning?

Paracetamol probably inhibits the enzymes cyclooxygenases especially in the brain. Therefore, the effect on blood clotting is probably not as pronounced. Its blood-thinning effect is in any case not sufficient and suitable to be used as a blood thinner. However, paracetamol should only be combined with other blood-thinning drugs to a limited extent.
