Physical examination
- Observation of the statics while standing
- Gait analysis, evasive movements? At which load phase does the pain increase?
- Manual therapeutic examination of the range of motion of both hip joints and the spine
- Manual therapeutic examination of the freedom of movement of the pelvic joints, knees and ankles
- Pain provocation tests and nerve stretching tests to determine the cause of pain (hip joint, spine, sacroiliac joint, knee joint, ligaments, nerves?) as accurately as possible
- Testing of muscle strength (hip, leg, trunk muscles), strength endurance and cardiopulmonary endurance
- Palpation of the surrounding muscles and connective tissue, pain localization
- Trial treatment with manual therapy, relief?
