• Therapy trial with:
  • Duloxetine, venlafaxine (noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressants) (NaSSA)).
  • Amitriptyline (tricyclic antidepressants )
  • Carbamazepine, gabapentin, topiramate (anticonvulsants/drugs for the treatment of seizure disorders).
• Combination of anticonvulsants with antidepressants is possible.
