- Are there frequent fungal infections in your family?
Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What changes have you noticed in the feet? (e.g., yellowing of the nail, thickened or deformed nails, detachment of the nail plate, grooving in the area of the nail plate).
- How long have these changes been present?
