- Do you suffer from persistent or increasing pain in the skeletal system for which there is no apparent cause?
- Have you noticed swelling or deformity in the joints and/or bones* ?
- Do you suffer from lack of smell?
- Do you have nasal discharge?
- Have you had a sinus infection recently or currently?
- Do you have any vision problems such as double vision?
- Is your mobility limited?
- Have you recently had a bone fracture* without force?
- How is your physical resilience to be classified?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms?
