Perenterol® for acne
Perenterol® is also used to treat chronic acne. The therapy requires patience and should be continued over several months, as first results often only show after several weeks. Usually the dosage is one capsule of Perenterol® forte (250mg) 3 times daily during the first three months of therapy.
Afterwards the dose can be reduced to two capsules of Perenterol® (50mg) 3 times daily. In parallel, proper skin care is essential to achieve good results in the therapy. This includes cleaning the skin with acne-suitable preparations and refraining from manipulating the damaged skin (squeezing out pimples and blackheads). High-fat creams, make-up and oils should be avoided.
