Prevention
Since the acute course of the inflammation in the throat is a viral and/or bacterial infectious disease, it can only be prevented to a limited extent. Above all, the observance of simple hygiene measures (for example, regular disinfection of the hands) plays a decisive role in this context. Chronic, inflammatory processes in this area, on the other hand, can be avoided by avoiding risky factors (such as alcohol and nicotine).
