Dizziness caused by tension can be prevented very well by prophylactic measures. The most important thing is sufficient physical activity. Even if the activity is predominantly sedentary, for example at work, care should be taken to ensure that enough sport is done in leisure time.

A mixture of endurance and strength training is ideal to keep the musculoskeletal system loose and strong at the same time. Strong muscles are less prone to tension. In addition, sporting activity leads to an improvement in body perception and thus prevents incorrect posture. The vicious circle of bad posture, tension, even more bad posture and thus even more tension, can therefore not even arise.
