- Is there a history of frequent renal disease in your family?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed symptoms such as decreased performance, difficulty concentrating, or fatigue?
- Have you noticed skin symptoms such as rhagades at the corners of the mouth, aphthae on the oral mucosa, or pale skin/mucous membranes)?
- Has there been any change in your skin color?
- Do you have hair loss or brittle nails?
- Have you noticed any symptoms such as night sweats or fever?
- Do you have a decrease in performance?
- How long have these symptoms been present?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you noticed any unwanted changes in body weight?
- Are you eating a balanced diet?
Self history incl. medication history
- Pre-existing conditions (renal disease)
