Single Joint Pain (Monarthropathy): Symptoms, Complaints, Signs

The following symptoms and complaints may occur with monarthropathy with pain:

• Arthralgia (joint pain); severe pain – usually occurring abruptly.
• Swelling
• Redness and/or restriction of movement
• Fever (rare) – rather just shivering, mild fever.
