Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- How long have the changes been present?
- What does the discharge look like? Clear, whitish, yellowish, bloody, etc.?
- Do you have burning or itching in the urethra?
- Do you have burning/pain when urinating?
- Has urination changed since the onset of symptoms?
