Effect | Schüssler Salt No. 25: Aurum chloratum natronatum

Effect

Aurum chloratum natronatum does not have a specific effect on a certain organ, but supports the regular flow of certain regulatory cycles throughout the body.It therefore influences all the glands in the body to a certain extent, since in principle each of them is involved in some regulatory cycle. Particularly noteworthy are the organs involved in the sleep-wake rhythm, and of these, above all the so-called pineal gland, which is responsible for the production of the “sleep hormone” melatonin. Furthermore, the organ systems of the menstrual cycle should be mentioned, i.e. ovaries, uterus as well as the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland in the brain. In addition, the heart and thyroid gland are also subject to certain regulated processes and can thus also benefit from taking melatonin.

Dosage

Aurum chloratum natronatum is mostly used in potency D12. Other potencies are almost never prescribed. It can be used externally as well as internally: For external use, some tablets (usually two or three) are crushed with a mortar and mixed with water.

The resulting paste can then be applied to the affected areas of the body. For internal use, two tablets are usually taken three times a day. For children, the dose is usually halved to one tablet three times a day.

The actual dosage, however, depends not least on the severity of the clinical picture at hand and should therefore be discussed with the treating specialist. The time of taking the tablets should also be discussed: In case of sleep disorders, it is usually recommended to take the tablet shortly before going to bed. It is usually taken over a period of several weeks up to a period of three months.
