Can I take it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is essential to discuss the use of NISY products with your doctor. In general, the powder is not harmful during pregnancy. However, pregnant women should only lose weight moderately and very slowly if they are very overweight.
This can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, for example. At the same time, an undersupply of the unborn child and the own body should be avoided at all costs. In order to reduce weight during pregnancy, however, radical cures with diet drinks should not be resorted to. Instead, a balanced diet should be followed and a slight calorie deficit should be aimed for.
