Genitourinary system (kidneys, urinary tract-genital organs) (N00-N99).
- Balanitis (acorn inflammation).
- Balanoposthitis – inflammation of the glans and foreskin.
- Ballooning of the foreskin during micturition (urination).
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Preputial stones – stone formation under the foreskin, consisting of smegma and urinary salts.
The following are the main diseases or complications that can be co-conditioned by paraphimosis:

- Gangrene (special form of coagulation necrosis; this occurs after prolonged relative or absolute ischemia and is characterized by necrosis (death of cells), tissue shrinkage, and blackish discoloration) of the glans penis (glans)
