Page lift for Scheuermann’s Disease

Stand upright and shoulderwide. Hold a weight in each hand. At the beginning your arms hang to the side of your body, your stomach is tensed.

Now straighten your breastbone, pull your shoulders down and bring both arms sideways to shoulder level. Shoulder, elbow and wrist form a line. The arms are almost extended.

Finally, slowly move your arms to the side of your upper body again. Do 2 passes with 15 repetitions each. Continue with the next exercise.
