Phase 3 – Continuous feeding
The third phase of the Strunz diet serves to maintain the desired weight. The main focus of this phase is the dinner, which consists exclusively of salad, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. A protein drink should also be prepared once a day. Sufficient water and a disciplined sports program are essential pillars of this diet.
How much can I/should I lose weight with this diet form?
As a guideline, about half a kilogram per day is given. Essollte should not be forgotten however that weight loss does not mean fat loss. You can lose about 1 kilogram of body fat per week.
The value depends strongly on the physical activity and the combination of diet and protein drinks. Since the second phase of the diet is to be carried out until the desired weight is reached, the amount of weight that can be lost through the diet varies according to the individual’s goals. It therefore depends on the target weight with which you want to leave the intensive second diet phase in order to maintain or even improve this desired weight in the third phase.
How can I avoid the yo-yo effect in the Strunz diet?
If a complete change of diet is actually made, the weight can be maintained without the yo-yo effect. The prerequisite for this is that you continue to eat a healthy diet and exercise. For this the third Diät phase is meant with the Strunz Diät, in order to hold the desire weight durably and not to fall into old patterns.
Side effect of the Strunz diet
In general, the Strunz diet causes no discomfort, since the food is healthy and the physical activity should also be done in a healthy way. As a food-related side effect, raw or steamed vegetables can often cause an inflated stomach, since the diet contains a lot of dietary fiber, which forms gases in the body.
